We think homes should be built to last.
Renegade Remodel was built around a pretty simple idea: somewhere along the way, a lot of home construction became more focused on speed, cost, and turnover than on building something that would still feel solid decades later. When walking through an older home, you can often feel the difference. Thicker materials, thoughtful details, and real craftsmanship. We think these are worth bringing back. That doesn’t mean building houses like it’s 1920, it means taking the best ideas from older construction like durability, craftsmanship, quality materials, and character, and combining them with modern design, engineering, and technology.
Because we don’t think the "normal" way is always the best way. We’re willing to question how a space is laid out, how something should be built, what materials make sense, and whether the standard solution is actually the right solution for the house.
Sometimes that means opening up a floor plan.
Sometimes it means preserving something that never should have been torn out.
Sometimes it means rebuilding while keeping the character.
The goal isn’t to make every house look the same. It’s to make each one feel like home.
