STEP 3
Construction
We handle every detail of the construction phase from start to finish. Our team coordinates all trades, manages inspections, and keeps the site clean and safe. Throughout the build, we provide regular updates, so you always know what’s happening in your home and what’s coming next.
STEP 4
Final Walkthrough
As the construction phase draws to a close, we'll invite you to join us for a detailed final inspection, often called a ‘blue tape walkthrough.’ Together, we’ll go room by room to spot small details like paint scuffs, drywall chips, or hardware that needs a final adjustment. We carefully document every item and schedule the touch‑ups so nothing is overlooked. Once all of these details are taken care of and your home looks and feels complete, we officially wrap up the project and hand the space back to you with confidence.
